At Viaero, we care about your safety and well-being. That’s why we follow the Safe Connections Act (SCA) to help survivors of domestic violence stay connected. Here’s how we support you:

1. Separate Your Line: If you’re a survivor, you can separate your phone line (and the lines of individuals in your care) from a shared plan with someone who has harmed you. You can make this request easily through email, our website, chat tool, customer support line, or even postal mail. We’ll handle your request within two business days. Click the Separation Request Form button below to start your line separation request.
2. Confidential and Secure: Your privacy is important to us. Any information you provide for a line separation will be kept confidential and securely disposed of after 90 days unless further retention is required by law enforcement.
3. Account Security: We automatically lock your account to prevent unauthorized changes until your separation request is completed.
4. Choose Your Plan: You can pick from any of our available plans and keep your current device. You’ll take over financial responsibility for your line unless a court decides otherwise.
5. Lifeline Program: You might qualify for the Lifeline program, which offers discounts based on income or participation in federal assistance programs. If you do not qualify for Lifeline based on the general eligibility requirements, you can participate in Lifeline for up to six months by demonstrating your submission of a legitimate line separation request. 6. Communication Choices: Let us know how you prefer to stay in touch—by phone or email, or both.
7. Easy Authentication: We’ll verify your identity to ensure your security, whether you’re the primary account holder or a user on the account.
8. Porting Numbers: You can move your phone number to a new provider if you choose to leave Viaero.
