What devices are eligible for trade-in?
Any wireless phone is eligible for trade-in. The newer the model and the better condition, the higher value that can be used to lower the payment on your new Viaero phone.
How much will I get for my device?
The value of the device is dependent on the make, model, memory capacity and condition. Enter your serial number or some basic information and we can get you a quote!
Can I get an estimate online and trade-in in store?
Yes, you can get a quote online and trade your device to a store to get the process finished. We can also help you move from your current device to your new device.
If I buy a device online with trade-in, how long until my credit is applied?
The amount will be credited to your new device payment immediately.
How long does the online trade-in process take?
We can complete the process in a few minutes and then you have up to 15 days to send us your current device for trade in.
How quickly should I send in my device?
As soon as you can and no longer than 15 days after submitting the trade in.
How do I turn off my iPhone?
- Go into Settings.
- Go to Apple ID.
- Go to ’Find My’.
- Select your device, and press ’Turn Off’.
- Enter your Apple ID.
- Select turn off.
How do I transfer my data to my new device?
You can visit us in store for free and we can back up / transfer your data for you!
Is there a way to track my trade-in status?
Your trade value will be applied instantly.
Why did I receive a different amount than my estimate?
As long as the serial number of your device and description of its condition match, you don’t need to worry about any adjustments.
How do I pack my device for trade-in?
Viaero will provide you with a box and shipping label. Place your phone in the bubble pouch, then in the box securely, tape it up, and attach the label to the top of the box.
How do I back up my phone?
On iPhone:
- Go to Settings.
- Go to iCloud.
- Go to iCloud Backup.
- Select ’Back Up Now’.
On Android:
- Open your device’s Setting app.
- Select Google Backup
