Troubleshooting your Equipment
Troubleshoot Internet Equipment
Please make sure you are not in an outage area before troubleshooting. If your internet service is not online once service is restored, please try rebooting your equipment by following these steps:
- Locate and follow the cable coming in from the outside antenna to the black or white power converter (see image beside). On the converter you see an illuminated green or blue light.
- Unplug the main power cord leading to the power converter from the wall or power strip for 2 minutes.
- Plug in the main power cord back into the wall or power strip and wait 10 minutes for your internet service to come back online.

What Do I Do If I Experience Issues with My Phone Service?
If something is not working properly, we ask that you try the following:
- Option 1: Restart your phone or tablet.
- Option 2: Put your device briefly into airplane mode for 30 seconds and tehn back to normal operation.
